The Florida Swimming Pool Associa-tion selected Rod Siliski of Water Medic in Cape Coral for its Service Professional of the Year Award at the 2018 Everything Under the Sun Expo. Each local FSPA chapter had the opportunity to choose a winner in their area.

Siliski, along with two other individuals from other FSPA chapters, were recognized for excellence in customer satisfaction and the positive results that they, as a pool and spa service professionals, produced.

The FSPA is a trade association for the pool and spa industry in Florida. There are approximately 700 member businesses in 16 chapters across the state. Members are required to abide by a code of ethics and to be properly licensed and insured. FSPA provides the industry with access to continuing education courses, information on current trends and issues, an arbitration program and government relations representation.
