All meetings are open for FSPA members to attend.

Here is the preliminary list of protocols from the hotel.  As the meeting date approaches there will be more information we can provide.

  • We will set the Hollowsquare, 1 per 6’ table.
  • Each additional chair will be set 6’ apart.
  • We will be cleaning each table and chair prior to the meeting.
  • We will set ( 1 ) Bottled Water per place setting, per AM set and PM set, at the table and each additional seat. After that it will have to be purchased.  Each bottle will be handled by a Glove wearing associate and wiped down as it is placed on the table.
  • We will re-clean each chair and table at Lunch.
  • Guests are asked to sit back in their original place setting after each break and each day.
  • We will have a meeting concierge station outside the meeting room with pens that are in a plastic covering.  The concierge will open the pen in front of the guest wearing gloves and hand it to them.  At this time, we do not believe we can provide pads.  We are looking for a substitute that will limit any germ transfers.
  • We will have sanitizing stations near the meeting space and on break tables.
  • As long as the governor removes the “To go” only food and beverage service, we will have a manned station for coffee for the breaks and meals.
  • We will have plated meals.
  • Dinner will be set with a max of 3 people per round table.
  • We will set pre-rolled silverware ( knife, fork and spoon wrapped in cloth napkin ) on each round table.
  • Ice water will be served to guests upon request.
  • Linen for tables will be changed prior to and immediately following each meal event.

At Check-in/guest rooms:

  • Each guest will be provided with a bag with sanitizer, bottled waters and some other items.
  • We will have a manned complimentary coffee station in the lobby each morning as coffee makers have been removed from guest rooms.
  • Remotes in guest rooms will be placed in bags after being sanitized.
  • Housekeeping will not enter guest rooms during their stay.  If someone needs more towels, sheets, etc., we will deliver upon request while maintaining social distancing.
  • Sanitizing stations will be by the elevators.
  • Not more than 4 guests will be permitted in each elevator.
