The Palm Beach Board of Directors takes pride in welcoming
industry leaders to its monthly meeting. They try to welcome everyone
with a friendly face and a handshake. A special thank you to our regular
meeting attendees for your support, and welcome to Aaron Nadelman,
HornerXpress; Max Blottcher, and Adam Edison who attended their first Palm
Beach Chapter meeting on October 8.
The October 8 membership meeting program was presented by
Monica Stamper-Hall, VP Training & New Market Development, Orenda
Technologies. The program included Orenda’s four pillars of proactive pool
care, lsi, bather water, phosphates and cya, the Orenda startup, and how to use
the Orenda app. Monica Stamper-Hall is pictured with Chapter President Ed
Morse, Sunshine Pools & Stable Waters, and Aaron Nadelman,
HornerXpress. Thank you, Monica Stamper-Hall and Orenda Technologies.
The November 12 meeting has a venue change. We will be
meeting at Commercial Energy Specialists (CES), 952 Jupiter Park Lane,
Ste. 1, Jupiter. Alvaro Mendoza , CES, will be the guest speaker
presenting “Test Kit Alternatives and New Technologies.” The Board meeting
starts at 5:30 p.m. A light dinner and refreshments will follow with the
program starting promptly at 7:00 p.m.
It’s time to start planning the Chapter leadership for
2020. Contact the Chapter office if you would like to become a member of
the FSPA Palm Beach Chapter Board or have a nomination. Election will
take place November 12 at the Chapter meeting. The current slate for 2020
is as follows:

several years. Both will be greatly missed. Thank you, gentlemen,
for the time you have given to the FSPA Palm Beach Chapter.
Also leaving the Chapter is Doris Rohner, Executive
Director. She is retiring after a long tenure, starting with the
association in 1996. She wishes the new staff member good luck, while
bringing happiness, energy, and new leadership skills to the Chapter as it
reaches a new level of success. She wishes to thank the Board of
Directors for the many years of support, as well as the wonderful farewell and
gifts received at her last membership meeting on October 8.
Unless otherwise notified meetings are held at Contractors
Business Park, 2701 Vista Pkwy., West Palm Beach. Check-in is at 6:30
p.m. with a light dinner and refreshments served. Programs start promptly
at 7:00 p.m. Members may attend for a nominal fee of $10.
Non-member pricing is $20 per person. Continuing Education (CE credit) meetings
are free for members.
